Refund & Return Policy

At Emafly LTD, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms.

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
– Earrings
– Personalized or custom-made items
– Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

How to Request a Return: To initiate a return, please email hello@emafly.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will respond with instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color (when available), please contact us. Exchanges follow the same process and terms as returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
